How the badge should work
Once a payment provider is connected, successful supporter payments should automatically mark the member as an active supporter. When support expires or is cancelled, the badge should be removed automatically.
Payment checkout is not connected yet. eBay API keys should not be used for this. A donation or subscription payment provider, such as PayPal, Stripe, or another processor, needs to be connected so it can update supporter status safely.
